Nesting

The Nesting module will do the heavy lifting when nesting models of different resolutions. It facilitates both the first nesting step, in which observation points for the larger overall model are generated at the boundary locations of the detailed nested model. After running the overall model, the Nesting module can convert outputs to boundary conditions for the detailed model.
